Convoluted PTFE Hose
This versatile and economical hose combines excellent flexibility with a high pressure rating. Open pitch spiral convolutions are self-draining to facilitate cleaning. Available braids include Stainless Steel and Polypropylene. The tube is available in virgin PTFE or conductive black where electrostatic dissipation is required.
Fittings:
Over 40 standard fitting styles available, including; Flanged, Sanitary, JIC, NPT, Cam Lock, PFA Encapsulated, solid Kynar and Polypropylene fittings. Standard material is 316 Stainless Steel. Floating flanges are stainless steel or epoxy coated ductile iron. Fitting designs feature high performance smooth internal finishes exceeding Pharmacopoeia class VI, FDA, USDA, and 3A standards. All collars are Stainless Steel.
Stainless braid and bare hose temperature range: (-)65°F 9-54°C) to (+)450°F (+232°C)
Polypropylene braid temperature range: (-)20°F (-29°C) to (+)250°F (+121°C)
