Seamless Convoluted PFA Hose
This versatile hose was developed as an extremely flexible chemical transfer hose. The open pitch spiral convolutions aid in the draining, flushing and cleaning of the hose. This hose is available with either a high tensile strength / high temperature stainless steel braid or corrosion resistant /user-friendly polypropylene braid. Applications including the transfer of corrosive chemicals, flexible steam lines, acid handling, the circulation of hot oil, the handling of solvents, high temperature air and conveying of monomers in the manufacturing of plastics. PFA has same chemical compatibility as PTFE and has much better flex life than that of FEP. Consult the factory for you copy of the “PureFlex Chemical Resistance Handbook” covering over 600 most commonly used industrial chemical.
Fittings:
Over 40 standard fitting styles available, including; Flanged, Sanitary, JIC, NPT, Cam Lock, PFA Encapsulated, solid Kynar and Polypropylene fittings. Standard material is 316 Stainless Steel or Yellow Zinc Dichromate Plated Steel. Epoxy Powder Coated Carbon Steel is also available.
